Poliform builds to order, so most pieces are made after you order them. These configurations are the exception: standard sizes and finishes that move faster. The list is ours, we keep it current, and every line is still priced on request.

It means a shorter wait, not a warehouse down the road. These are configurations the factory builds in volume, in sizes and finishes that do not need a decision from you, so production time is measured in weeks rather than months.
It does not mean a fixed price. Duty, shipping and the finish you choose still move the number, and we still quote them in writing. What it removes is the long tail of choices that slow an order down.
If the list does not carry what you want, the full catalog still does. The wait is longer and the piece is yours rather than standard, and for most rooms that is the right trade.
The list is checked twice a week against what the factory has on the line.

How the wait breaks down
Production is the part that changes: weeks for a standard configuration, longer for a cover the factory has to order in. We give the figure in force on the day of the quote.
Sea freight from Italy to the American coast is measured in weeks and is the steady part of the calculation. Air freight exists, costs several times more and is worth it for one chair, never for a wall system.
Customs clearance takes days, not weeks, when the paperwork is in order. Poliform ships the flammability label and the timber declaration with the goods, which is most of what clearance asks for.
Where the weeks go
A shorter lead time means one band of this stack shrinks, not that the others disappear. Production is the part that standard configurations cut; the ocean does not get faster.
We give the current figure for each band at the time of the quote.
