Email is the fastest route: [email protected]. Requests sent through the form on this page land in the same inbox, with the collection you were looking at attached, which saves a round of questions.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Eastern time. A message that arrives on Saturday is read on Monday morning. Requests sent inside those hours are usually answered the same day, and everything else within one business day.
We work from New York and quote for the whole country: Miami, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles and San Francisco are all inside the normal delivery map, and none of them changes how a quote is made.
There is no street address on this site because there is no showroom to walk into. Everything happens by email and by drawing, and when a call is useful once a quote is in progress, we arrange a time in your time zone and call you.
Everything happens in writing, so there is always a record of what was quoted and when.
When you get an answer
Working days, Eastern time. Production lead times are quoted separately, per piece, because Poliform builds to order.

What to put in the first message
The collection name if you have one, or the kind of piece if you do not. Either is enough to start.
The room: how wide the wall is, how deep the space is, whether there is a door or a radiator in the way. Inches are fine, a photograph is better, a floor plan is best.
The cover you have in mind, if any, and whether the house has children, dogs or strong afternoon sun. All three change what we recommend, and none of them changes the price of asking.
What goes into the answer
A reply is not one line. Before it goes out, the configuration is checked against the current factory list, the lead time is confirmed, and shipping and duty are calculated for your address.
That is why the answer takes a business day rather than a minute, and why the number in it holds.
